Return Policy
All my shipments are insured. A final inspection is made of each piece before it is shipped to insure quality. I do not accept returns unless the item is BROKEN. It is the customers responsibility to provide proof (picture(s)) if an item has been received damaged. After evaluation, I will make the final decision whether to replace the item for you, however, I will want the broken piece returned to me.
I don’t accept exchange of products.
I will not replace items that "don't match" a picture to the tee! This is because I am an artist, painter and no two items will be the same. Therefore, this is not a reason for a return.
